    ROZH RH8000 large rotating machinery online monitoring station is the solution for key machinery real time online monitoring, especially suite for power, petroleum, chemical, metal industrial equipments, such as turbo-generator set, large fan, Turbine set,compressor and so on. RH8000 realize real time multi channels synchronize monitoring for equipment vibration signal and rotation speed, temperature, current and other process information real-time monitoring. RH8000 Online monitoring station comprising up to 48 channels vibration, 20 channels for process information channels, 8 channels for tacho.

Usage:

A. Acquire data from measure point  Suite for key machinery monitoring by use of accelerometer, workload on site is heavy, mounting transducers and very long communication and signal cable wiring are required on site, and need to mount RH8000 in the main control room. System includes component such as data acquisition box, transducers, cable, machinery cabinet (optional) and so on.

B. Acquire data from relative system  Signal can be acquired from protecting system and linked to ROZH RH8000; decrease the workload for implement project. Just need to mount RH8000 in machine cabinet beside to protecting system in the main control room, and finishing the power supply connection, network access and signal cable.
